| General Information:
Boat #4 was purchased in 1994 as the Patrol continued
its quest to make its fleet as versatile and practical
as possible. A national search led to this find in
Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This rare model combined
the strength and durability Black Fin is known for
with an open hull design allowing for ease of movement
bow to stern for Patrol work. A large cuddy cabin provides
ample storage space for the increasing amount of rescue
and assistance gear carried by the Patrol.
Despite
being the largest of the Patrol boats, Boat #4 is very
maneuverable and very stable in the water. A true ocean-going
craft, this boat is the one in the fleet most able to
handle whatever Geneva Lake throws at it. Boat #4 has
earned the nickname "beast" for its ability
to go out in the toughest of conditions, handling waves
5 to 6 feet high with ease.
