The Class schedule shown below is for 2008:

Class A: Sorry, this class is now FULL
May 24, 25, 26
(Memorial Day Weekend). Class
meets on Sat. & Sun. from 8:30am to 11:30 am, and on Mon. from
8:30am to 10:30am.
- Class
B:
May 31, June 1, 7, 8
(Two consecutive weekends). Class
meets from 9:00am to 11:00am each of the four days.
- Class
C:
June 30, July 1, 2
(Mon., Tues., Wed). Class
meets from 8:30am to 11:30 am on Mon. and Tues., and from 8:30
am to 10:30am on Wed..
- Class
D:
July 17, 18, 19 (Thurs. Fri., Sat..). Class
meets from 8:30am to 11:30 am on Thurs. and Fri., and from
8:30am to 10:30am on Sat.
- Class
E:
August 1, 2, 3
( Fri. Sat. Sun.). Class
meets from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Fri., 12:00 noon to 3:00pm on Sat., and 12:00 noon to 2:00pm on Sunday.

Registration begins May 1st!
- Each
class is held over a 3-day period (or 4 days).
- All classes
meet at the Water Safety Patrol Headquarters on the Aurora University
George Williams College Campus in Williams Bay (see directions
below).
- A $25 donation is requested for each student.
- Students
must be at least 12 years old to take the class.
- These
classes are sanctioned by the Wisconsin Dept. of Natural Resources,
and students will receive a certificate from the DNR upon successful
completion. This certificate allows for legal operation
of a motorboat in Wisconsin for those who are at least 12 years
of age.
- These
are not "hands-on driving" classes. Content covers rules and
regulations of the water, required equipment, lighting requirements,
rights of way, emergency procedures, accident avoidance, skippers'
responsibilities, types of boats, registration requirements,
etc. Driving lessons are the responsibility of the parent and/or
responsible adult who is familiar with the boat that will be
used.

to Water Safety Patrol Headquarters:
In
Williams Bay, take Hwy.67 (Geneva Street) to Constance Blvd.
(just east of Yerkes Observatory). Turn south on Constance and go about
3/4 of a mile to the stop sign (you will be at the main campus of Aurora Univ. George Williams College). Turn left (toward the lake) and then turn right on Outing St. Go just past the "Cratty" building and we are behind the "Children's Building." You can park in LOT P across the street (on the north side of Outing). Our building is white, and is on the lake. The address is 451 Outing St., Williams Bay, 53191.
